When you’re ready to start a new project the quickest way to get on our calendar is to submit the Project Request Form.
This will be a quick way to get all your needs in one spot, and create the project in our admin so we can quickly attach invoices and other info to it without having to send a bunch of emails back and forth!
For us to get a complete quote for you we’ll need the following information for each card
- Quantity. This is how many you want delivered to you. If you’re supplying prints or paper sheets to us, we’ll tell you how many to send. We still need this number to be how many you want in your hand at the end of the project.
- Card size. It’s ok if you’re estimating. We know things change.
- Paper Mill & Weight. If you don’t know the exact color, but you know you want something in the Colorplan line, you can include that. Our in-house paper is Cotton Lettra in 110# and 220# weights. We stock it in Flo White and Pearl.
- Pantone: We just need to know how many colors we’re going to print. You don’t need to know the PMS codes yet.
- Die cut shape. Let us know if it’s from our library or a new shape to order.
- Ship by date.
- Finishing. What extra details do your cards need? Corner rounding, duplexing, scoring, or anything else.
You can also include any screenshots or .ai files you have in progress. If you are submitting an in-progress .ai file, please make sure you package it by going to File > Package.
Once you’ve received and approved the invoice, you’ll be all set! You can take your time getting final approvals from your client and then when everything is approved on your side, you can submit the final files with PMS colors and it’s off to the press room we go!
